These workouts will be broken into 3 levels, level 3 being the hardest and level 1 the easiest. The purpose of the three levels is to vary the intensity required for the different levels of athletic ability. If you are an incoming freshman and you can do the level 3 workout, great; more power to you. But go easy until you know what you can do. It is not efficient to go all out on day 1 and need 3 days of recovery because you are overly soar!
The WODs are based on the Crossfit idea of forging elite fitness, functional training and constant variance. Checkout www.crossfit.com if you have never heard of Crossfit! Tip from Mr. Sean Cronan:
"Or bro.. Just have them do what Aaron and I did.. Get a metal bar at home depot with threads on each end and then 2 90degree ends. Bolt them into a header in the garage. Cheap and easy and a good project for pops and son."
